Norma Van Order, 86

Norma Jean Van Order, age 86, of Zeeland, passed away on Monday, August 11, 2008, at the Resthaven Care Center.
Norma retired from Zeeland Community Hospital as a housekeeper. She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur, in 1973; a son, Michael Van Order; two grandchildren; two great- grandchildren; sister, Beatrice Holleman; brother, Bernard Rosendahl.
She is survived by her children, Art Jr. and Betty Van Order of Borculo, Dick and Betty Van Order of Zeeland, Carl and Shirley Van Order of Zeeland, Thomas and Marie Van Order of Holland, Kathy and Phillip Dent of Mount Pleasant, MI, Bonnie and Jim Brohman of Buchanan, MI; 17 grandchildren; 34 great- grandchildren; one great-great- grandchild; sisters, Marjorie Laddie of Holland, Edna Mae Moodie of Holland; sister-in-law, Katie Rosendahl of Holland; several nephews and nieces.
Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Thursday, August 14, 2008 at Lakeshore Memorial Services, 11939 James St. in Holland. Pastor John G. Aukema will be officiating. Burial will be in Restlawn Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be Thursday 11:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. at Lakeshore Memorial Services. Memorial contributions may be made to Resthaven Care Center. An on line registry book is available at www.lakeshorememorial.com.
