On Monday, January 26, Zeeland will be showcasing its varsity boys' basketball teams in the 2009, "Jam at the Van". The event will take place at the VanAndel Arena in Grand Rapids and promises to be an exciting evening as East & West clash in an important OK Green contest.

Doors will open at 5:00 p.m. with tip-off set for 6:15. Jay Allen, radio personality and voice of the Griffins & Rampage will be announcing the game.

Tickets in advance of the event will be $6.00 and are available at the Zeeland East/West athletic offices beginning December 11. Tickets at the door will be $8.00. No school, conference, senior or other passes of any sort will be honored for this game.

Additionally, there will be a limited number of courtside seats that will be raffled off by both schools at home games prior to the event (for those who want to be nearest the on court action). Raffle tickets will be $10.00 each and the winner will receive 4 courtside tickets to the game.

Cheer teams, the pep band, and the dance ensemble class will be performing throughout the game.
