Ashley Post and Mitch Compagner were united in marriage on March 21, 2009 at Faith Reformed Church. Jonathan Elgersma officiated the ceremony.
Parents of the couple are Kurt and Sally Post of Zeeland, and Dean and Lorie Compagner of Holland.
The maid of honor was Jenna Post, and bridesmaids were Claire Compagner, Karly Post, Melinda Walters and Abby Kok. Reid Compagner was the best man, and Josh Dykstra, Travis Walters, Joel Kryger and Chris Wolters were the groomsmen. The flower girls were Kellie Brower and Grace Vander Woude.
A reception followed at Laketown Golf and Conference Center. The couple honeymooned in Mexico.
The bride is a graduate of Baker College and the groom is employed by Macatawa Plumbing.
The couple resides in Dorr.
